Dear Church Family and Friends,

I hope and pray that you are well and safe! We are surrounded by a huge lake this morning with the high tides blanketing the church parking lot and all-over Key West. I wanted to let you know that the Cow Key Channel Bridge will be complete this weekend, 17 days ahead of schedule and all four lanes will be open once again.

Please note, we also have a brand-new church email (thanks to Linda Cunningham’s great assistance) and it is effective immediately! Please update your address book to include contact@peacecovenantkeywest.com as soon as possible. Our new email provider is Google Suite. This is the business and professional version of Gmail. We retired the old bellsouth.net email address because it had become unstable and filled with spam. We were concerned about the security of the old address. Don’t worry if you forget, we will continue to forward the old email address to our new one.

In the next few weeks, I too will be sending our weekly emails from a new email address and I will give you plenty of notice when this will take place!

This Sunday I will be preaching on the sixth chapter of Nehemiah. His constant enemies are trying to get him to meet with them off premises, but he refuses to do so. They decide to send a letter of slander to the entire region accusing Nehemiah of wanting to become the King of Judah. You will see how Nehemiah handles these requests in the best way possible.

Also, don’t forget to send in your peacemaking offering by October 1. Thank you again for your support for our mission programs!
