Good Friday everyone,
We hope you are staying cool this week as record high temps are hitting nearly 2/3 of the U.S.! Here in Key West, it’s just another beautiful 92 degree day.
Everything went very well with our Pulpit Exchange last Sunday. Pastor Denise did a wonderful job preaching at our church and I truly enjoyed my time at Trinity.
This Sunday I will be preaching on one of my favorite passages from Paul in Philippians 3. Paul writes, “This one thing I do, forgetting what lies behind, I strain forward to what lies ahead.” I will be sharing ways we can continue to move on up to a brighter relationship and future with Jesus Christ our Lord.

On Sunday afternoon, from 2-4 p.m. Reverend Dr. Daris Bultena, the Executive Presbyter of Tropical Florida will be leading our Session and the Session of Trinity in a Vibrant Together seminar in our Fellowship Hall. Dr. Bultena has been passionately sharing this message with all the churches in our Presbytery.

Here are a couple highlights we will be exploring together. Good church health and growth is marked by: Leadership Development, Disciple Making, Vital Worship, Reconciliation and Clarity of Identity. I am looking forward to a vibrant afternoon together as we seek to grow the Kingdom of God here is Key West.

In case you missed Pastor Denise’s sermon from last Sunday, here it is:

Be safe and stay cool and hydrated!
