Good morning everyone,
We need your help for a wonderful cause! This year, we are participating in the Presbytery program called “Backpacks for Kids” which will help support students at Gerald Adams School. Members of the Mission and Outreach Committee, who have dedicated their lives to teaching, will shop, organize and deliver items to the school.
These essential supplies will be distributed by the guidance counselor and staff at the school to children who are in need. This will ensure a great beginning of the school year for families who cannot afford the needed materials!
We are asking if you can please help by either:
Making a monetary donation by check or cash to PCPC with “Backpacks” noted on the envelope or check.
Bringing in some of the listed materials. Materials needed are Crayons (24 ct), #2 Pencils, Ticonderoga Primary Pencils, Washable Markers (8 or 10ct), Child Sized Scissors, Glue Sticks, Bottled White Glue, Wide-ruled Notebook Paper and 2 Pocket Folders.
Collections will run through Sunday, August 11. Thank you for your support in the education of our Key West children!
This Sunday I will be preaching on the subject, “Why Should We Spend Time With God?” So many of us simply make an appointment to meet with God which in many ways can become burdensome. I am going to give you a brand new way to spend time with God coming from David in the Psalms that may free your relationship with God in a way you never imagined before!
In case you missed last Sunday’s sermon, here it is:

Have a wonderful weekend,
