On Sunday, Jan. 16, 2022, the congregation of Peace Covenant Presbyterian Church unanimously issued a call to the Rev. Dr. Daniel Hagmaier to be the installed, permanent pastor of the Key West church. Hagmaier has served as interim pastor since 2019.
Tropical Florida Presbytery Stated Clerk and Executive Presbyter Daris Bultena moderated the congregational meeting. Member Linda Grist Cunningham chaired the Pastor Nominating Committee. The final step takes place on Feb. 5 at the Tropical Florida Presbytery Meeting. An installation service and celebration is planned for February.
